Holy crackers! 
The TV pilot episode that I wrote won a $5,000 grant! Woohoo!
This is fantastic news for a few reasons:
1.) Money in the bank, cha-ching!
2.) I've never gotten paid for my writing before.
3.) I can pay my taxes this spring no prob.
4.) I have money in the bank for a deposit on an apartment this spring.
5.) I can pick up a bottle of Absinthe and get my rocks off this weekend without feeling guilty.
I completely fucking bombed my Modern Poetry mid-term today but I don't even care if I fail the entire class, I'm so psyched about this.

DJ 7-up, evan evolution, and some other dude played. I would have enjoyed it more if more people had danced...then i wouldn't have felt silly the little bt that i danced. i can't dance for shit, so...lol. it was still fun though.
