So I'm back home in Michigan for a while, taking a break from school and work. I sure need it.

Such a weird semester. It started in such an awful, miserable place and has ended with me being with somebody I really care for, feeling really happy and content again. Yes I'm still broke and No I'm no closer to figuring out what to do with myself after graduation, but I feel good right now in the moment. So that's something, at least.

I finished the last of my Christmas shopping today. People are insane. I don't like shopping, especially when it's this crazy. I'm glad to be done. I'm just gonna stay home and read and write and watch TV on DVD and think warm sappy holiday-ish thoughts. That's the plan.

p.s. I'm so glad that "Once" is on DVD finally. I'm showing it to EVERYBODY.
