Ahh w00t. Now that all the conservative christian boys are out of my house I can come back to drooling on SG. This makes me happy. This is day 2 of four days off. I'm taking vacation time for this sunday and monday as it's mum's birthday. She pissed me off last night so I don't even know if I feel like going over there for dinner anymore,
I wish it were sunnier out today. But oh well. I've got my list of things to do. I'm gunna go take a quick shower and then go to all the secondhand stores in the area. See what I can find. There's a new one about three blocks away that I keep meaning to go to. And then there's the salvation army just down the road. And after that I'm headed to lumberworld to see what I can find. If it were nicer I'd take Winston, but it's a little bit too chilly for African parakeets. Oh well, soon enough.
My house is looking awesome now! I bought a new lamp to replace the hanging one that was there before, It's just a japanese style paper lantern but it's really funky. I can't really explain it. I brought deck chairs and a table home from moms last night. I carried four chairs and the little table allll the way to my house, all on my own. I have bruises all over me and I hurt now, but it was worth it! The deck looks big and spiffy now.
London Drugs has some winter planters that are going on sale on tuesday, So I'm gunna go pick up a few of those. The biggest is 14.99 right now and on tues it will be 3.99! What a deal eh? Hopefully they don't all disappear by then.
Anywho. I should get into the shower as I want to make it to the new store before they close!
