Yesterday started out pretty crappy but ended up alright. I decided to take my butt out for dinner and drinks to the Palomino, which turned out to be an excellent choice. I was able to get a free shot of ginger brandy out of the bartender anyway. Y know, i'm not a brandy fan but throw that ginger in there and it's like quadruple strength ginger ale...warms up the belly nicely on a cold evening.

And to top it all off i discovered that Urge Overkill is doing a little reunion tour and will be at Shank at the end of the month. Guess i can mark one more fantasy off the list.
