Just got back from the movies. I went to see the Triplets of Bellville. It's french animation. Very cool. The movie itself is a bit long and there is next to no dialog -- I guess you'd say it's more of an "art" flick. But I enjoyed it. I'm into that kind of stuff. The other cool thing is that before the movie started there was a short animated piece called Destino...it was started years ago as a collaboration between Dali and Disney. Someone else recently finished it and it is beautiful. Plus, i also realized once again how much i love the Oriental Theater

Saint Paul is much the same; way too much snow in a short amount of time. At least the landlord finally plowed my parking space. Haven't been to eau claire since I was a kid. It's on my list of places to stop by sometime on my way driving to Green Bay. That and Wittenberg; home of Neuske's.

you should hit up the landmark tomorrow night for $2 tuesdays. i'll be there for sure, & Monet is there most every week so.........
