Just got off work and finished shoveling out for the third time thiis week. This is getting old.
Work was a bore and I ended up sneaking around on line for most of the day. Somehow, despite my efforts, I managed to get quite a bit done.
I am sooo looking forward to tomorrow. My friend John is visiting me from Madison and we are going to spend the entire Wednesday afternoon hangin out, catching up, drinking beers, listening to music, yadda yadda. We have a long and odd history, but somehow through it all have remained best friends. Surprising considering how hard we have tried to fuck it up. I still remember the first time I saw him. I was attending high school in middle-of-no-where Wisconsin and the bus stops at a new house and he gets on, straight from Chicago...hair to the middle of his back, black trench coat, walkman...I was like, whoooaaa...cooool (Keep in mind this was 1985). Our friendship survived the high school crush and the drunken college make out sessions. I think we've both always had this attraction and love for each other, and although we attempted several times to explore that, each time we ended up backing off, too afraid to ruin what we already had. Now, he's the only person I keep in touch with from high school and he thinks I am the cool one...I'm not so sure I agree with him on that, but...sorry for rambling

So whats new?
i don't think sex ruins relationships, unless people decide it's more than just a way to exchange fluids and gross out the family pet. but, i also follow the old rule ... lovers and cars come and go, friends are forever.
