Hey guys! Since it's my birthday in Australia I thought it was OK to share some pictures from my party this weekend! Some of you already saw the piñata video which was the absolute cherry on the cake. What cake you say? I'm glad you asked!
This is my interpretation of Christy Tania's mistique: a cake with layers of marshmallow, orange chocolate sablé, milk chocolate and caramel mousse, banana brownie, etc, etc, etc. Although the presentation wasn't quite what I had in mind, all the flavours were there and everybody loved it.
