As some of you may have heard, I've been trying out a new lifestyle with the hopes of becoming a healthier person. My desk job isn't contributing to my daily amount of exercise so I'm adjusting my diet accordingly: no more meat during the week. So far I've kept it going for two weeks, and I'm rather enjoying it. I allow myself a single high calorie meal every week, and this time it was a five cheeses pizza. The rest of the week i had another portion of stuffed peppers, the borscht pictured below, and tonight I'm planning to make spaghetti Bolognese, using what sauce is left on Friday for another helping of stuffed peppers. I'd recommend this change of diet to anyone and everyone because veggies are delicious and we don't eat enough of them at all.
