Ok. The poor exuse we had for summer is gone, and we are now beginning autumn.
I like autumn. My kinda season. Nights getting darker, less pollen etc.
Pain still annoying and only getting worse, but then again, that is going to be the story of the rest of my life according to my docs.

the season of perpetual melt is over. 
(i think) none the less i been so busy trying to keep my head above it all. BIG THANK YOU FOR THE dvd. I AM SO LOVING IT. not as good as being in Norway but good enough. still miss my very special Viking.
