Ah been awhile again not much has happen as usual still havent found a job but hey my spirits are high my birthday is next week and my gf is coming up to visit ^^ speaking of I got a suprise visit from her last saturday even though she could only stay about 2 horus we made the best of it that started this week out pretty nice and I went back to working out again running and crunches and tai chi oh my... hopefully I will stick wth it a while so I may have results.
