Happy songs. Well damn. When I read this, I thought what a piece of cake! So many songs make me happy but then, as I started listening to them, I realised that so many of my happy songs make me want to dance or kick someone's arse.
So, the list that started as a lengthy one had dwindled down to a handful of songs that make me genuinely happy. These songs make me want to bounce. They make me want to wind down the windows in my car and sing loudly. The below list isn't final and I reserve the right to add to it at a later date should I wish to do so.
Third Eye Blind - Semi Charmed Life
Don't listen to the lyrics. Just listen to the upbeat tune and roll with it. Head to the sky and smile. My favourite smiling track of all time.

A brilliant introduction to an amazing album. Everything is good about this song.
The Cure - Just Like Heaven
The lines "It's such a gorgeous sight to see you eat in the middle of the night.." make me smile. The imagery is beautiful.

Bronchitis for the lose. Fought that off last week, just after a nasty nasty bout of the flu proper and then ear infections. Blech!! I don't take drugs, and I've been SO sleep deprived. it's 1:26am and i just got home from work and i have to be up again at 8am to clean the house and off to work again and i wont get home til 10pm tmro... it never ends! So i was just sooo tired i laid on the grass in the sun and it was game over for a good ten minutes! lol
