Sunny Queensland is rather overcast today.
The whole "Beautiful one day, perfect the next" idea is much like the cake. A lie. That said, it is still rather warm here so I'm not shivering in my boots. Its also warmer than home currently is, but not as warm (or should I say hot?) as home was when I left.
Let me take a moment to talk to you about planes. I hate flying.
Now with that done, on with the festivities. The first thing that I should note is that my sense of direction is all out of whack so the wanderings I'm about to undertake may result in me being somewhat lost. I'm not completely turned about and thinking the ocean is West, but I just can quite work out in my head where North is. Hopefully after a bit of a drive around I can sort this out.
In other news I ran into Reshizzle and Dcypha last eve, when Kye took me up to see the sights at Mt Coot-tha. Its very Kings Park like for those of you from Perth, and I've also deci-ded that I'm g-oing to hyp-henate words rando-mly as it appears to be the done thing in Qu-eensland.
I also saw the Story bridge, which I'm going to climb on Sunday evening. It looks awesome, and Kye seems very nervous so far, which is going to be fantastic when we actually get going.

Note: It has nothing to do with this track. As sweet as it is.
Happy bridge climbing!
