Well, I am very proud to say that I have lost 13 lbs in exactly 1 month. I started my regiment on Jan 14th, and yesterday I had a trainer weigh me, and I was 13 lbs shy!

I almost cried


Now, just 5-6 more months and I should be rock'n

eh, not much going on here. Got a full 8 hour day today @ work, which is pretty awesome considering today is the last day of the work year for us non-A-Team people. I really wont have anything until late January, which really sux and pretty much means un-employment, unless I find some work inbetween. Oh well.
