It hit 31 up here yesterday, and I'm 1,000 miles south of Chicago. How bizarre! And now the flood is coming. It's a darn good thing that I'm coming down in 2 weeks and not this weekend. They're saying that the Suwannee river may flood this weekend and it could shut down all roads heading east/west through north Florida. If that flood happens, there would be no way to get back to Tallahassee without driving wayyyyyy the heck up into Georgia.
