I'm starting my new diet today. I'm giving up pop and am only going to drink water and I'm going to eat only once a day and it will be a healthy meal. I will also work out every day. I need to lose weight. I can go with only eating once a day cause i'm too poor to buy lunch and i dont get enough time to eat in the morning.

I love orange cats! I'm tryng to lose a bit of weight myself, I really need to stop drinking so much liquor and need to cut down on the soda. I don't have enough will power to eat once a day, but I might try and switch my junk food with healthy food. Good luck, I believe in you! Being healthy is always good. Everyday should be a nudie magazine day!!!
