So I get to work today at 3, which is a hairy time, being the transition between brunch and dinner. There are only 3 servers on at that time, and I am a notrorious table hog, I just grab whoever looks like they need service. I spot two adorable gay boys on the patio, looking around for anyone to help them, and pounce. They are super nice and cool, getting good margaritas and high dollar menu items, so I am of course kissing ass with no shame.

Toward the end of the meal, I realize that one of them is Jai Rodriquez, one of the Fab Five from Queer Eye For the Straight Guy. Seriously, he was so sweet and funny, a true gem of a queen. Tips nicely to boot. Very nicely. I knew from watching Queer Eye back in the day that he had dogs, and I asked him about them. He has two Yorkies, and of course I pulled out all the pictures of my pooch that I carry with me, and he didn't even call me crazy. He proabably thought it though. He also told me he has a new show on Bravo coming on soon that is like Project Runway, but with dog groomers instead of fashion designers. I am so all over that.

Today I have to shop for a dress to wear to a wedding I am going to soon. I fucking hate shopping with a passion, I really hope it is not as stressful as I think it will be. I am doubting this.
