Guys, the situation is such that the bosses at my work behave as incorrectly as possible. This is already seriously reminiscent of psychological abuse.
Every weekend I can get a sudden call and a long reprimand, they constantly give me some promises and do not keep them, unfounded accusations of employees and keep us in nervous tension and fear of doing something wrong.
So tell me, have you experienced this kind of boss behavior? If so, what did you do in this situation?

Shop www.thomann.de made me work in terrible conditions around 2003. think it was close from laws against modern slavery but I didn't know. I think that's specially because I had no diplom and no knowledge about working laws they took me (but I was havin skills for informatic, music, german, english, etc...)In result I became homeless. 1st days begging in street crying hidden in my jacket as I was pretending my parents I was still working and havin fine situation
