Went to see "Massive Attack" last night...
the show was amazing.
No name dropping here, but i got to hang out with some excellent people
First time in almost twenty years that i stepped inside the orpheum theater in boston,
brought back a lot of cool memories!
can't really give a proper update at the moment as i have to get some stuff ready,
but my weekend went well.
Saturday night my friend Mike popped by my apartment with a bottle of red wine and the documentary
"Grizzly Man", which i know quite a few of you recommended to me.
I won't give a long and pretentious review here, but i will say i thought Herzog did an amazing job with the editing and soundtrack.
and i found the story touching, sad , and at times downright funny.
so yeah, two thumbs up from Shelly..
anyway,
this is for Dorwayin
its his favorite Massive Attack song, but i dont think he's ever seen the video..
gotta love youtube!
This song appeared in the film Snatch..
do you remember what scene?
xxoo
Shelly
p.s have a great monday, or at least try..

How are you doing?
but Suspiria is the whole package. the colors, the sounds... it feels like a fever dream lifted right out of Dario's head and placed on film. someday i want to see it on, like, a really nice system with a huge screen...
