well...
I'm updating.. how often am i supposed to update this thing anyway?
For those of you who have been keeping up with my journal, i am still sick, however i do believe that some of the nasal congestion is due to my ongoing allergy problems. I had surgergy on my nose about two or three years ago to correct a deviated septum also... but i'm starting to think it only helped me out about thirty percent at best. The stomach and throat issues.... definately a virus of some sort. My entire clinic has it ( with the exception of probably five people)
so yeah.... good times!
It's been raining here in Ma. for about a week, and is supposed to continue for another week
Also, had the scare of a lifetime earlier this week while i was taking a shower... i turned my head just in time as a yellow ugly ass spider was dangling from the ceiling and coming down ready to land on my shoulder... i jumped out and tried to drown the grotesque creature by turning the showehead in its direction, not sure if i got him or not..
before you lecture me on the action i chose to try and kill it, i have to let you know that i have a crippling fear of spiders
severe arachnaphobia if you will
and spiders dislike me immensely!
so a couple nights this week before heading to bed, i begged Dorwayin to do a routine inspection of the shower and bathroom so that i could take a shower the next day without the heebiejeebies.
and since i'm usually slightly tipsy in the evening, the interaction went something like this...
" D... pleze check out the showah before you go to sleep"
"I will Shell.."
" Serious? kay... check that shit out with flashlights and stuff...every corner and crevizzz"
okay, so maybe i wasn't slurring that bad, but you get the idea. For the record though, my hubby, much like Holagatita, "relocates" these little shits, because they are better people than myself... these spider lovers
anyway, i won't bore you any longer with tales of my sickness and phobias
instead i'll leave you with a few more film recommendations for those of you who like my bizarre taste in films
I'll exclude the synopsis bits, as you can just read about them on IMDB
1) Switchblade Sisters
2) Cemetary Man
3) Manhunter
4) Serial Mom
5) F/X
6) Pretty poison
7) One false move
8) The naked kiss
9) City of lost children
10) Magic
hope you guys are having a good weekend...

Except for the sad heart part, but that's okay. Still worth it, really.
