Working on the nude co-ed Yoga class for this Sunday. I am very excited to be presenting this. Hopefully we will be going through the whole winter-weekly. The iime may change to a weeknight during the Winter though. Breathe work, chanting, asana, and meditation are all part of it. Hurray for nude Yoga!!
