Off to teach nude co-ed Yoga tonight...This series I am teaching tonight has been titled "shortcut to Nirvana" by the teacher who came up with it. It focuses on bringing prana to the spine,  as an aid to aid in meditation-the true goal of yoga---- samadhi.. and done in the ancient way---nude!!
