So, I'm still catching up on Blog Homework for 2017. I've enjoyed each topic so far (thanks @missy and @rambo). Today's topic: my favorite things to do on a rainy day.
First, before I make it any further, I LOVE THE RAIN! It is by far my most favorite form of precipitation, and my favorite weather. There are so many ecological positives to rain, as well as mental positives for me. And on that note, here is a rundown of my perfect rainy day.
I'm a shit sleeper. It's a thing. So when it rains I sleep unnaturally well. My perfect raining day includes a nice bout of sleeping in. After that, I roll myself up in a blanket and make some coffee/tea, and roll myself onto the couch.
And then, I'm going to spend the rest of my lovely rainy day engulfed in video game after video game after video game. Perhaps some Minecraft. Definitely some Lara Croft. Zelda is always in the mix. And maybe some old school Metroid or something on the SNES . . .
Yes. My rainy day is simple (and as shitty as they are for you, Ramen Noodles is on the menu) but it's perfect. And that's the way I like it.
