I am very helpful, I go out of my way to ensure the success of my entire team. Where do you draw the line? I realized today that a co worker that ive been breaking my back to help is just taking advantage of me. I am on salary so extra hours dont equal extra pay, and I have put in a shit ton of hours trying to get a new employee up to speed. She slipped up today and now the cats out of the bag....Should I fire her? write ups do squat...I am going to sleep on this one...Any SG advice??? I am all ears
