this time is... 10 things you don't know about me!

1- I recently started practicing Wicca. I've always been fond of magic/witchcraft or whatever you want to call it but since last September I've become more interested, reading more and DOING more. I still don't have a proper altar but I do my best:)

* remember Wicca is white magic, and never ever ever is used to harm others.

2- just as cute babe @Einnis , I don't drink Coca-Cola. In fact I don't drink any kind of fizzy drinks (well, except for beer and the occasional champagne glass). As a kid I would told my mom I didn't like them cause they made my tongue 'itchy'.

3- I never learnt to ride a bike, agains like @Einnis. When I was a kid I was more interested in playing making up my own stories, reading books or drawing and never got much interest in bikes. Also I was more of a roller skate kind of girl.

4- I LOVE cooking, and specially baking. Not to brag but my brownie is to die for, and I also make an amazing apple pie, condensed milk cake and mouthwatering peanut butter cookies. Nevertheless I am recently learning to turn every recipe into a healthier one by switching some ingredients like whole wheat flour, cane sugar instead of white,... and also I cook my own seitan!

(oh, hey! that's vegan nutella!)

5- I've had more or less the same hairdo since I can remember. Except that one time when I was 18 and was going through a quite rebellious phase (ha ha, as if it ever ended!) and chop off my long long hair for a jaw lenght messy hairdo just like Tegan and Sara wore at the time.

6- Despite my past of dating guys (even had a real long term relationship), my long hair and my femenine look - and I only mentioned this cause I've been questioned because of them- and coming out of the closet quite late (age 27) I am a raging lesbian. I mean, I always knew I liked girls, and maybe I was just afraid of trying, but dating guys was ok. Sex was ok too if I didn't think too much about it. And never considered myself a very sexual person... Until I really fell for a girl and dated her. Then was when I realized cause it was like seeing the world with new eyes. Everything changed and I knew I wasn't coming back ever again.

7- I took ballet for more than 20 years. Also studied music - singing and piano - as a kid. I still attend singing lessons. I love how this too disciplines are a vehicle for expressing emotions. Someday I'd like to go back to ballet lessons and of course write my own music (I was in this post punk band, which was pretty great, but since I am a Virgo I need to take all the decisions and be in control. Also, I hate being told what to do). I don't dream of success or fame but it would be such a dream to come up with a bunch of songs of my own that I am proud of!

8- I LOVE musicals. Probably cause I come from dancing and singing, and always being fond of acting, musicals are my fave approach to theater (which is another thing that totally has my heart). They get me to tears ALWAYS. Fondest memories would go to the first musical that really moved me, RENT (I was 15) and then seeing WICKED in London 4 years ago. Top quality show with such an awesome music. Oh and when Elphaba actually 'flies' while singing Defying Gravity. I died!

9- I was quite a bookworm as a teen. I loved reading and therefore, I loved writing as well. And at some point wanted to become a writer. I still do write though, I just don't feel like it's interesting enough for sharing.

10- I have a very narrow circle of friends. I do know lots of people and love to bump into them (in most of the cases) but it's hard for me to build relationships that easy. Also I feel pretty awkward around many people and often dunno what to say, so I either avoid conversations or I try too hard and end up feeling deeply uncomfortable and "not-me". So I am very picky, which doesn't mean I am unfriendly to the rest of the world, with whom I build bounds with, and my friends are wonderful people who I fully trust and feel great around them:)
