i love pastry school. but this week is sucking thus far.
i kind of want the week to hurry up and end already
and i never felt like i needed a drink so badly.
we started petits fours this week.
not a huge fan so far, but i do love me some dacquoise. they are delicious!
i'm also excited to make macarons. but other than that petits fours are tedious little bastards.
i'm already missing bread baking.
