so i got an email letting me know i've been accepted to the pastry school i applied to. hooray! i'm excited. but now that i'm looking at all the costs, and financial aid and stuff, it is not looking very promising. i got a preliminary estimate of my unsubsidized loan and it was $5500. my total tuition is $22k. the PELL grant was N/A, so hopefully an updated estimate will show if I am eligible for that. i don't know if i will be granted any private loans because my credit sucks because my parents stopped paying my loan from my first semester of college in 06, and so that kind of fucked me up.

i was excited, but now my excitement has dipped low. i'm hoping i can somehow find a way to afford this, otherwise it'll have to be put on hold for a while. i don't think i'd be super disappointed, because i could always try to get a job in the field for more experience, and save up money, etc. but still, i was kind of excited.

so prostitution may be in order.
