happy twenty-ten.
i is glad twenty-oh-nine is over.
time for a new year, a new start, and a new me. [i wonder how many years i have said this.]
some resolutions i have made:
1) try and stop being so round. i've gained weight, i've lost weight, i've gained weight. time to just lose it and get it over with already. because of all the crap i've eaten, my skin has been ugly and gross, my face has gotten fat and circular, and well overall i've put on the pounds.
2) go veg. i've gone vegetarian on and off, and now i'm just going to try and do it once and for all. i felt so much healthier and better about myself when i was eating a vegetarian diet, and so i'd like to give that a shot again.
3) stop being a lazy ass mother fucker. get off my ass, run on the treadmill, do some yoga, lift some weights, whatever, i just need to not sit on my ass all day.
4) not lurk the internet for hours on end. i'd like to spend less time on the internet, and more time reading. i used to read so much, and well, laziness happened.
5) be a better person in general. not get so angry over little things, be kinder to myself, to my boyfriend, to those i care about.
also,
i'm ditching the pop, diet and regular. its purely unnecessary, and it makes me break out terribly. so goodbye diet pepsi, goodbye tab, goodbye cherry coke. hello water and tea.
although i work at starbucks, i'm gonna try and limit my caffeine intake. i've been pretty good with it so far, but some days i just find myself pulling one shot after another, just sipping on soy lattes during my shift. not good.
my skin is screaming at me, and now i'm finally listening. my body has been hating me, and now i will love my body, so it can love me back.
