i feel like writing a blog. but really i just feel like ranting, and i know no one actually likes to read about that. i guess i'll just say that living in this house is terribly depressing, and i cannot stand it much longer.
i had an interview at whole foods the other day, and at first i thought it went okay. then the more i thought about it, i think i did really bad. i should hear from them by mid-week to see if i got it or not. i'm guessing i didn't, so the job search continues.
$$$$ is what i need, asap. plan on moving in with my boyfriend and one of his friends, once i get some money rolling on in. and i need that to be soon. i might have to sell my soul -- or my body for that matter.
my sister got me an early christmas present / thank you for helping her out with her baby.

i love it so much. i used it for the first time yesterday and made snickerdoodles.
i need to pick up some loaf pans this week so i can make some hearty yummy breads. today i might make dinner rolls.
i've been having bad pains in my lower right butt cheek, and i'm afraid i might have sciatica. i guess i really should be more active, since all i do is sit in front of my laptop or lay in bed. god i'm lazy. ah well.
my first step to not being lazy -- i will take my dogs out on a walk now. they need the exercise, and i need it even more.

it was bursitis but only minimally. exercise, stretching, mobility and more vitamin D and calcium did the trick. she was in a lot of pain, though, before that. sitting at a computer desk at work was the culprit.

a high iu of vitamin D is good, usually at least 2,000. surprisingly, the body should get up to 25,000 (yes, that's right) iu's to function at optimum health. in the nw, we lack sunshine and natural vitamin D. many of us suffer every winter from SAD. i noticed the increase in positive neural chemicals after i started taking vitamin D for about a week. yoga also helped my gf. sometimes we're so occupied and stressed out from work that we come home and become sedentary on the couch, in front of our home computers or just with a beer and our own anti-corporate psychological dissension. she had to go to an osteo and an orthoped for diagnosis. she also went to a chiro and masseuse for pain maintenance. you'll be ok. sit and fit is also a good way to "work out" at your desk. it feels juvenile at first but then quickly becomes your sole source of laughter in an office environment.
