hey. i'm alive. and i started pastry school yesterday.
my school is right across the sears/willis tower which is pretty sweet.

orientation was yesterday and i got to meet all my chef professors.
today was sanitation class day 1. tomorrow we finish up then take the test.
friday and monday is baking theory and lectures.
and tuesday i'll finally be in the kitchen!

figured out my tuition business, and everything is all good now.
i've been officially confirmed for this coming July's L'Art de la Ptisserie Program at The French Pastry School in Chicago.

been sick since thursday night when i woke up from a nap fuhhreezing but sweating at the same time with a giant headache. went to bed early that night.
woke up friday morning felt even worse, went to work.
