so i went to see snakes on a plane today. i was very disappointed after all that hype, i was expecting tremors, instead i got a channel 5 tv movie. the only credit this movie deserves is for the fact that it was able to get made and orchestrate such a huge media/online frenzy. it wasn't funny, it wasn't scary, it wasn't good, and i was so looking forward to it...

i got a new job, it's not exactly what i want. in fact i don't even know what i want. but its close to home, i don't have to dress smart and there are only 2 other people who work in the same office and they are out running training courses 4 days out of 5. so as long as i get my work done i can pretty much do whatever i want for the rest of the day without having to try and look busy i guess it will do for now anyways, until whatever it is that i decide i want to do happens. sometimes i wish i was 5 again, when becoming a movie star seemed like a valid and obtainable career choice...

well, it's the big brother final tonight, and like the giant loser i am, i shall be glued to the tv. i am so glad that it's over for this year, i always try to not get sucked in and it usually works... but not this year. pete to win!!!

i made rice krispie treats today. you should all be in awe of my culinary skills.

i also finished series 2 of veronica mars now, still trashy but still utterly addictive! i can't wait for series 3
