nothing much going on this week. very boring. i hate my job so much, its driving me up the wall. i left uni 2 years ago and i am still struggling to find a job i want to do... that will actually pay me. so many entry level film/tv jobs are unpaid or poorly paid, its very frustrating. i'm in too much debt to take a pay cut. i think i must have applied to over 100 jobs and nothing has ended up working out yet. also working 9-5 makes it so hard to go to interviews, my work is already starting to get annoyed at me taking the piss...
anyone got any recommendations for job websites? i use grapevine, gumtree, craigslist already, but if anyone knows of any others that may be useful please let me know!
i am so excited that the propositon is coming out this weekend. i can't wait to see it. i have a rather unhealthy obsession with nick cave at the moment and besides the movie looks amazing! might go see the hills have eyes too, not usually keen on remakes but seen as this was done by the guy who did switchblade romace (high tension) then it can't be all bed... or at least i'm hoping not anyways.
i watched this documentary last night called american movie, it was very funny! the guy in it was such a loser, you had to feel sorry for him. i really enjoy documentary filmmaking, but sometimes i feel like it can be exploitative in the sense that these people don't realise that they are providing an amusing social commentary on backwards america for the film buff middle classes. at least that was the case with this film in particular.
anyways i will stop rambling now.

American Movie is great..Murder Ball is another amazing documentry how March of the Penguins took best documentry over Murder Ball is beyond me. Great pics
