Yesterday work was fine. Nothing bad or terrible good. My manager is cool because she hates customers almost as much as I do, so it makes the job half-way enjoyable.
Before work I hung out with my friend Lauren and Carole Ann from High Shcool. They're back for winter break.
Over the past year Carole Ann and I had had a falling out. Basically I started realizing how annoying I find her. That I can stand about ten minutes of her and I'm good for the years. Lately I thought I missed her, decided she's be cool to hang out with. Nope, I was wrong. About twenty minutes into our time together yesterday I just wanted to bite her head off. I just find her overall high school cheerleader demeanor when it comes to music and fashion abnoxious. Not to mention I can't stand that she thinks she knows absolutly everything about music. She's not that fuckin' great. Anyway, I was just generally annoyed.
Then some guy in Barnes and Noble was all like "Do you fuckin' mind? There are people trying to read in here!" They were being really loud, guess he didn't like it. I was in a bad mood anyway by this point so I told him to "fuck off" He didn't take to kindly to that comment.
This morning I'm watching beat the geek. Generally I like the show, except they need to ask teh contestants harder questions to make it a more challanging game. Rather than having dumb asses on there getting simple questions wrong. I mean SIMPLE! It's almost as bad Who Want To Be A Millionaire.
OoOo Trigger Happy TV is on! Now that show is entertaining!
Anyone like Eddie Izzard?

Trigger Happy TV was great for the first season, when it was just the one guy. It just wasn't the same show for me when they added the other people. I found their segments to be a little... flat, I guess. Or maybe it was the location change to New York that made the difference. The unsuspecting people involved didn't react in the same way the Londoners did.
Nevertheless, I'll always cherish the bit where the guy is walking down an alley and suddenly a marathon of thousands of people in animal costumes appears and chases him.
Oh, oh! And the one where the guy goes for the job interview and walks in on a board meeting of people in animal costumes. That was a brilliant moment.
heh, sorry. I'm rambling.
My sister keeps trying to get me into Eddie Izzard. She gave me a dvd of a performance he did, but I haven't gotten around to watching it. Am I missing out on complete brilliance of the life-changing variety?
Animal costumes, yeah!
