Hi there all!
Ok. So I am on a dating website. Plenty of fish.com., and there are some decent seeming guys on there. I get messaged today however, by a guy who attached a picture of his car to his message! Call me picky, but I don't get why he would do that. He is obviously very proud of his vehicle and there are pictures on his profile of said automobile, yet, call me old fashioned, I find it quite offensive that he could not take the time out to send a message that perhaps indicated he had done more than just look at my pictures, perhaps looked at my interests and made a comment on that (too much to ask maybe?) and send me 'hi babz hows u' along with an attatchment of a photo of his car! I would have prefered no photo and perhaps a message like this ''Hello, I'm Whats-his-name. I noticed that you like reading and that your favorite book is Wuthering Heights. Mine too! What other books do you enjoy?''
It really got on my wick! And I just had to have a moan about it. I did reply and told him that if he had read my profile he would have seen that one of my interests was NOT cars, nor do I find it important for someone to prove they can afford one and perhaps he should look at ladies profiles before messageing them to make sure they are of the shallow varity first.
Right. Rant over. Have a good day SG land

But I do have to say this. My over all experience with dating sites, free and paid membership, has been piss poor. I sent out messages in the format you like shebari, but I got zero responses. I'm not exaggerating when I say that. I used eHarmoney and Match.com and both yielded nothing. OKcupid was my one and only success site.
