So after the whole blood clot scare of a few days ago, my doctor told me to come in for another check up this week.
Well, I didn't go. I didn't have the time, I don't have the money, and the pain went away, so I figured there was no reason for me to go in.
Today, this evening after the health center is closed, I get an email from my doctor:
Hello Shawna,
Please let me know if your leg pain has improved. Also please see me early next week. I forgot to ask what your current insurance situation is like. I hope you are not having to pay out of pocket for your ultrasound or visit to see me. If you are significantly better we may not have to repeat the ultrasound. If not, it would sure be a good idea, in fact recommended based on your history. Hopefully you are
well.

WTF!?! Okay, so I understand him wanting to know if my leg pain has gone away, but now he's made me all worried. Why do I have to go see him "early next week" instead of just "next week". Why is his asking about my insurance? Another ultrasound even if I don't have a blood clot?
Now I'm all worried that the blood work I had done on Monday showed something is wrong with me! AND he made it so I have to wait until Monday to find out anything!
ERG. I hate doctors. They always find something wrong with you, even when you're feeling fine.

I did not know that 23% of women can have bloot clots during pregnancy. That's pretty scary.
