ok things are a bit better today... i decided to transfer some funds from my savings to my checking account.... but not before i made stictly clear that i would put percentages of my pay pecks and other income back into my saving untill it's all done and a 10% more is sufficiently repaid... so in essence i gave myself a loan.

didn't do a whole lot today... felt kinda ill, watched escape from alcatraz and cooked myself some yummy rice. week four in the WW way and so far good.

well off to take a shower and homework...
