I keep getting asked how I maintain my body, quite frankly it's pretty simple...
1. I watch what I put in my mouth! I mean come on, we should make sure we are always only putting the best of the best in our bodies for nutrition. I can't say I eat the best everyday, but I sure put in an effort to eat healthy! I have too with all of my performances!
2. Cardio, cardio, cardio! Which helps that I'm a professional dancer, so all those practices and performances definitely make it a bit easier! I'm not much of a runner, so it's actually really good I get my cardio in doing something I love so much! It's almost like playing instead of working out!
3. Extracurriculars at home always help! ;) Burning those extra calories can be fun, I rack them up all over the house. Yoga is definitely one of my favorite ways though, but a nice swim in the pool is pretty high on my list too!
