Honestly, Friday is my favorite day of the week! Why? Because you're serious during the day and get to live crazy all night! Besides, who doesn't love a good Friday night downtown? ;)
1. Taking over the Dance floor is my forte! Doesn't matter where I end up, the dance floor is the first place I check out. If the dance floor isn't popping...well there are plenty of other bars in downtown Austin! I love all the HipHop, Rap and Electronic Dance music that sixth street has going on. Every now and then, I do end up in Alternative and Country bars though. I love to mix it up and keep it exciting, which is why I do frequent Cumbia night at one of my favorite East Austin bars most weeks!
2. Meeting new people is by far my favorite part of going out! Fridays tend to have more new faces to meet with Austin's weekend tourist crowds. I tend to be a bit of a social butterfly sometimes, as I can't help but make friends everywhere I go! I love it though, it's one of the reasons I go out especially on a Friday.
3. Fridays are by definition meant for letting loose! So it's only mandatory to celebrate a successful week of surviving life and everything the world thrown at you since Monday. Which is why I love it so much and treat every Friday like a holiday, I mean you only get one....a week! right? So you might as well live it up. ;)
