Oven roasted boneless turkey breast with a sun dried tomato & portobella mushroom Demi

slowed braised beef brisket with carmelized root vegetables

duck breast ala orange

homemade stuffing

fresh greenbean casseroll

grilled asparagus with roasted red bells, toasted walnuts & Parmesan and balsamic reduction

hand smashed potatoes
