3 Weeks !!!
God time flies when you actually have to go to work
I have been a born again Electrician for 3 weeks and so far have found more bits of the job that I remember that I didn't like than bit I remember I did.
I didn't miss ;
F**king fibreglass in dusty dirty lofts, bastard scratchy itchy stuff !
Trying to clip up armored cable it weighs a 'kin ton and is impossible to keep straight.
Drilling holes in floorboard joists, and nearly breaking your wrist each time the drill catches as the bit exits the other side.
climbing alluminum ladders in Janurary, clod or what?
and many many more...
Stuff I am enjoying doing again :
Being in a different place each day.
Being able to actually see physical evidence that I have done a days work.
All in all Im not regretting my decision... yet!
