I just got back from a lovely day visiting a friend at a yoga retreat in the mountains...exhilarating! Even if I did feel a bit ignorant for knowing nothing about yoga. Driving for an hour or so in the heavy fog, then later sharing tea after a hike with a good friend...these are the things life is made of, you know?

Anyhow, I don't really expect anyone to read this, nor do I expect to update very often...just sort of throwing this out there as I learn to navigate the site.
