a beautiful 15 year old koi, and these diaper-clad frat boys steal it and eat it...alll for fifteen seconds on camera that will probably air in 4-6 months or so...
What is wrong with people? We didn't have a real frat/sorority presence before this artificial bullshit because *they weren't wanted*....and then they fabricate a whole lifestyle for the television...dinky...

poor stella had awful parents before we got her. she had multiple rat bites on her head which were left untreated, and even uncleaned. they got so infected that the infection got into the bone on her head and deteriorated a good portion of the bone. when we got her, we didn't know if she would make it because we didn't know if she could eat. but it's been over 2 months now, and she's doing wonderfully! she's beautiful.
So, today i was reminded that I am a klutz.

Yesterday i caught the most adorable little gopher snake you've ever seen...baby of a thing, about 10 inches and the width of my pinky
Somehow it had got into the building, and I had to take it out to the meadow... the little thing was crawling all over me on the way there..Made my day! :o)
