Your hike looks like it was awesome. I wish I lived in an area where I could have a view like that. (Though I suppose overlooking center city Philadelphia can be cool sometimes.)
As for the anatomy, I suppose a few things look a little off, mostly the hand, but hands are always a bitch. I can't draw hands for shit. I do like the blue back lighting on the shoulders and the muscle structure in the arms (I actually look ripped! ). I wouldn't take anyone's criticism to heart, though. I tend to only give criticism to those that I feel are already extremely good, because I know that their artist's eye will eventually notice the small problem and they can avoid it in the future. People who have no hope of being artists...I just kind of smile politely and walk away. I don't bother telling them what's wrong because I know it won't make a difference anyway. So if anything, take the criticism as meaning that you're a good artist on the right path. One of my professors is very critical of my work, but he tells me it's because I'm so close to being one of the best students at the school and he wants to see me prosper. Maybe he's just blowing smoke up my ass but he sounded pretty sincere.
