Another thing checked off the list of things to do at least once in my life: a hot air balloon ride ✅
I wanted to do this for so long and finally it happened yayyy
I was supposed to do it in november but the weather wasn't good, so the company postponed it to march (cause they were closed in winter and they reopened recently), and after putting it off a few times after the reopening, because the weather has to be perfect for it, finally we had a warm sunny day with no strong wind and we could do it 🥳
It was very nice and peaceful to fly above the small towns and see some small rivers, farms, flower fields etc.
And it's so cool cause it felt like we were only 100 meters at most from the ground but we were actually at 700 meters 😱 I swear roller coasters feel higher to me 😂 and you don't feel like you're moving, even if we were travelling at about 15 km/h!
And when we were flying lower above the houses it was pretty fun being greeted by people in the streets or in their gardens, after all it doesn't happen every day to see a hot air balloon flying above you 😆 but poor dogs were barking and running like crazy cause probably they were scared of that giant colorful balloon flying above them
Unfortunately we couldn't see the sunset, which would have been very nice, but overall it was a very pleasant experience, I definitely recommend it!
