so theres this girl i'm friends with (and have hooked up with in the past) that i have had feelings for over the past year. however, i think, at least from what i could judge last night, that she's not interested in being anything more than friends. i know she has no idea how i feel about her. and i really am not SURE about her feelings either. this makes our friendship awkward. i love her and really cherish her as a friend and i dont want to lose that. so i know i have to talk to her. i just dont know what to say. any suggestions as to how i should go about this?

I like summer phase 1, like we had today: good drink-on-the-stoop kind of weather. Summer phase 2--which should start in about three weeks--is just vile, though.
