camping was awesome. i stayed up ALMOST all night (did pass out for like two hours between 2 and 4), played beer pong, went topless in the river in the middle of the night, and roasted marshmallows around the fire. it was sooooo great. even though it was a bit hot.

this morning i took my praxis. has anyone taken that? its the first of two liscensure tests you have to take in dc for teaching special ed. it wasnt too bad- i finished in 3 hours instead of the 4 and a half and felt like it was pretty easy, so i hope i passed!

my school officially ended on monday so i've had the past couple of days off. its kind of lonely and boring. i have a lot of school work to do but i dont feel like doing it. i start my summer internship july 1st (it's for a month) and then i begin teaching on august 13th. i'm nervous and excited for both.

my pcp decided to send me to an endochronologist to find out about my hypoglycemia. apparently, its really uncommon to have it without some underlying problem (usually diabetes), so they are going to do more tests. one is a test after a 72 hour fast. how AWFUL does that sound? esp if you have low blood sugar and get shaky and sick after a couple hours?!?!? i'm NOT looking forward to that.

overall, though, things are great. PRIDE is this weekend. yay for being gay. hope y'all are well.
