-last night's show was great.
Bauhaus opened up for NIN
they did a great set, about an hour and 20 minutes long.
peter murphy's voice was amazing and he got mad at someone in the crowd and poked them with a pole he had on stage. - they also did a great dead can dance cover of "severance".
then Nine inch nails came on at 9:20.
i was suprised at how great they sounded. i haven't seen them live since 1994 so i didn't know what to expect.
trent cut off all his hair and was still sporting the shorts, black socks and combat boots. they played alot of tracks from downward spiral, a few off the new album and a few from pretty hate machine. not much off the double album that came out a few years back. - they also did a great cover song - joy division's "dead souls" - which was released on the crow soundtrack way back when....
the funny thing about the crowd...:
1. 90% of them had a black t-shirt on
2. and 70% of those were NIN shirts

and of course there were some really pretty goth/industrial gals there !!!!
