The same day I visited the Art Institute of Chicago Museum, I also took an Architectural Tour of Chicago by boat. It was actually the second time this year I have taken the tour and this time I took plenty of photos.
Architecturally speaking, Chicago rivals any major city in the world for it diversity in building styles. The drawer in in loves the diversity, from early examples of early 20th century detailed wonders like the Wrigley Building on upper Michigan Avenue, to the modern and monolithic IBM Building just a few blocks away, to the iconic Sears (Willis) Tower, Chicago has a lot to offer the Architectural enthusiast.
