Introduction
Work started off easy last night I was put on an easy part having to put parts through a shrink wrap oven and there wasn't much of a problem til the last 2 hours when the wrap kept tearing up and the floor guy refused to fix it despite me telling him three times that the shrink wrap kept coming out the oven belt torn up. I got chewed out by the 1st shift manager for it and he yelled at me to get it fixed despite that fact I was already attempting to get it fixed.😮💨 Atleast the work night's over. I need to unwind.
