I have 4 children and I just went under 7 hours to be completly restored to the body I had before kids. Now I have always been in shape, ran to keep one ass from growing into 2. However some things I could not change no matter how much I run or eat organic. So for me is was about restoration. I was hired last week by a man whose jaw dropped when I told him my age. He thought I was 27. I am 43. I do not think it is shallow to like people in shape but never rule anyone out. Also there are many depressed people who use eating as a way out. I have been there. I had to fight hard to overcome. Some stay down, are weak and give up. We need to always be an inspiration to those around us. For instance tomorrow look in the eyys of someone you would'nt normally look at. Make them feel beautiful and you just might inspire them. Men have the uncanny ability to inspire women by just being kind and honest.
