The trip to New Orleans was awesome as expected. Banana martinis, gothic pizza, little Janis Joplin, ghosts, fire and mystery all with wonderful company.

Food and booze are never the same after visiting, and after ten hours of driving alone I crashed out and dreamt of an endless highway all night.
My brother woke me up today around noon to go shopping for fake blood. We spent about an hour trying on the most ridiculous masks we could find and nearly pissing ourselves laughing. The little thug can be pretty damn cool sometimes.
and I have to say this:
GO FUCKING VOTE THIS YEAR! Democrat, Republican, It doesn't matter. If you do nothing else, take fifteen minutes of your precious day and connect the little arrow thing to the guy you like better. There are transcripts of all four debates on yahoo and all over the web if you aren't sure where the candidates stand on issues you care about. Just go do it, it won't hurt, I swear.
